Here is how:

Make an image of the disc with ultra iso (windows)
use transmac to modify the image

copy Extensions folder in the path /System/Library. to your desktop.then delete the extensions folder from the disc image .

fire up mac terminal and create a kextcache of the Extensions folder

make the cache with this on Terminal:

sudo kextcache -a i386 -k -z -m Desktop/Extensions.mkext Desktop/Extensions

then copy the Extensions.mkext to the System/Library folder of the mounted image using transmac (windows).

Thats it

Burn the image in your favorite burning software. you can use ultra iso .

test it .

dvd boot will definitely be faster.
